The Palais is not just a space to be adapted. It is a living historic residence, rich in layers and capable of offering different atmospheres within the same location: medieval spaces, period rooms, intimate passages, gothic details, darker corners, elegant perspectives and raw, material areas — perfect for historical, mysterious, fantasy, dark, documentary or narrative productions.
The location is suitable for film sets, short films, teasers, music videos, commercials, documentaries, television content, atmospheric interviews, paranormal scenes, historical reconstructions and independent productions looking for a strong and distinctive visual identity.
The strength of the Palais lies in its authenticity. The rooms are not reconstructed sets made to imitate the past: they are real spaces, marked by time, preserved in their nature and able to give the camera a depth that is difficult to recreate in a studio. Every wall, every door, every object and every shadow becomes part of the visual narrative.
For productions, up to 6 kW of electricity is available for lights, technical equipment and set requirements. Productions may bring their own equipment, lighting systems, filming gear, supports, tripods, scenic accessories and everything needed to create the set, always with respect for the historic rooms and after evaluating the spaces to be used.
The areas can be organized according to the type of project, the number of people involved, the rooms requested, the duration of the shoot and the technical needs. Each production is welcomed with care, seeking the right balance between creative freedom, practical work requirements and protection of the residence.
The daily use of the location is designed for productions that wish to work in an orderly way, respectfully and in harmony with the historic nature of the Palais.
